Denise Krumlian, PCC, PMP, is an ICF-certified executive and somatic coach who helps people thrive at the intersection of high performance and well-being. A former Fortune 500 leader with over 25 years in technology, healthcare, and fintech, she created the Culture of AND™ framework to help leaders manage stress, build resilience, and lead with presence. Through somatic practices, Denise guides clients in reconnecting with their bodies to regulate stress, sustain energy, and create lasting, embodied change.
Allie Cass:
Allie Cass is a Functional Health and Fitness Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and former professional fitness competitor who helps women transform their metabolism, mindset, and relationship with themselves. Through her integrative method that fuses functional nutrition, fitness, and subconscious reprogramming, she guides high-achieving women to shift from surviving to thriving—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
