Learn the science behind your stress and the hidden symptoms it may be causing in your body.

Stress – whether physiological, biochemical, psychological or emotional – is often accompanied by rising levels of a hormone called Cortisol. You may be surprised to learn that stress isn’t just about relationships, finances and other “life stressors”! Along with myriad other downstream effects, a sustained stress dynamic overtly contributes to things like fatigue, thyroid imbalances, weight gain or difficulty losing weight, gut-health imbalance, bone density loss, and so many other potential symptoms.

Join us on this Power Hour to learn about what these different types of stress are, what causes them, and how you can make shifts in your life and business to support your body, and show up at your best everyday!

Meet Jessica McManus!

For more than two decades, I have used my passion for healing and physical therapy to help people resolve serious pain and injury issues. Most of my career has been in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and sports medicine. I launched Full Circle Wellness so that I could provide clients uninterrupted one-on-one attention, and really explore the root of their challenges more efficiently and holistically.

Today, I use both physical therapy and health coaching to help my clients through educating, and empowering them to take back control of their health and well-being, and ultimately stay well (And drink more water, of course).
