Join us for a 30 minute guided meditation, designed to focus your attention inward and quiet any mental chatter. WBL Members! Happy New Year! Join us for a 30 minute guided meditation, designed to focus your attention inward and quiet any mental chatter. The start of a New Yer tends to ignite our urge to be productive but, in order to be our most productive selves, we must ground and harness our energy. You will be guided through a series of visualizations that help you tune into your breath and release tension in your body. Your guide, Julianne Lenehan, is a yoga and meditation instructor and WBL Member or our East Boston Chapter who is dedicated to holding space for others to let go and relax. She originally studied meditation under the guidance of Buddhist monks in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and has more recently incorporated other approaches to mindfulness such as breathwork and yoga. You will leave this session feeling deeply connected to yourself and with a greater sense of clarity as you move forward through your work week.
