Erika Pherson | The Collective Concierge

Tell us about YOU!!  Hi! I’m Erika, and I’m the founder of The Collective Concierge. I help busy entrepreneurs, executives, and small business owners take control of their day-to-day operations so they can focus on what really matters, growing their business and actually having time to breathe. I specialize in high-level administrative support, streamlining processes, managing schedules, handling client communications, and implementing systems that keep businesses running smoothly. In short, I turn chaos into clarity, and yes, I consider that my superpower. I’ve spent years figuring out what it takes to keep businesses organized, efficient, and scalable, and I bring that know-how to every client partnership. But it’s not all spreadsheets and schedules. I genuinely love finding creative ways to solve operational challenges and make my clients’ lives easier. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me dreaming of mornings on a lake deck, coffee in hand, plotting my next big move, or celebrating the little wins of life, because every victory deserves a happy dance. Organization isn’t just a business tool for me, it’s a lifestyle, and helping others achieve it is what I do best.

What makes you different/stand out in your industry?  What makes me different in my industry is that I don’t just provide administrative support. I dive into how a business actually runs and look for ways to make it smoother, smarter, and easier to manage. Every solution is tailored to the client’s unique needs instead of a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m part strategist, part problem-solver, and part cheerleader, helping my clients get things done while feeling confident and in control. I also take a hybrid approach, blending in-person and remote support so my clients have the flexibility they need without losing efficiency. At the end of the day, what sets me apart is that I care as much about my clients’ peace of mind as I do about getting the work done. Chaos is never an option when I’m on your team, and I love making sure that happens.

What do your clients love about you?  What my clients love most about me is that I bring a sense of calm and clarity to their busy, sometimes chaotic days. I have a knack for honing in on exactly what my clients need and creating solutions that actually work for them, not just what looks good on paper. I’m organized, attentive, and proactive, but I also take the time to really listen, understand their priorities, and help them feel in control of their business and their time. Clients often tell me that working with me feels like having a steady, reliable partner who keeps things running smoothly while reducing stress. I love helping them see the bigger picture, tackle what matters most, and reclaim their time and peace of mind.

What is the best advice you can share with others? The best advice I can share is to focus on what truly matters and let go of the rest. It’s so easy to get caught up in the busywork that feels urgent but doesn’t really move the needle. Step back, prioritize, and don’t be afraid to delegate or ask for help because no one builds their dream business alone. A little organization, the right systems, and reliable support can completely change how your business runs and how you feel each day. I also always tell my clients to trust themselves and their instincts. You know your goals, your vision, and your strengths better than anyone else, and pairing that self-trust with a clear plan and the right support is the secret sauce for turning big ideas into reality.

How has the Women’s Business League helped you?  The Women’s Business League has been incredible for me because it’s more than just networking, it’s about building real connections and friendships with other amazing women who lift each other up. Being surrounded by other queens who aren’t afraid to fix your crown when it’s tilted is empowering and inspiring. Through the League, I’ve gained a community of like-minded women who challenge me, celebrate wins with me, and push me to be better without judgment. It’s a space where collaboration beats competition, ideas flow freely, and support feels genuine. I leave every meeting feeling energized, motivated, and reminded that we rise higher when we rise together.
