Tell us about YOU!!  I help high-achieving women who are ready for a Big-A$$ Uplevel but never seem to have the time, space, or clarity to figure out how to get there. Women come to me when they’re spinning in overwhelm, stuck in self-doubt, and exhausted from doing all the things—yet feeling like it’s never enough. Together, we break the patterns keeping them stuck, so they can stop second-guessing, reclaim their energy, and finally create the thriving business and life they’ve been longing for. I am an ACC Certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I have been a coach since 2013 and shifted to fulltime in 2020 after a corporate layoff in 2019. I spent years as a corporate leader, professional matchmaker, and date coach. I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the hustle, busyness, and pressure to hold it all together. That’s why I’m on a mission to help women break their addiction to busyness, trust their inner wisdom, and lead with calm, clarity, and confidence. My approach blends intuitive coaching with a powerful toolbox that includes Conscious Codes, EFT Tapping, Oracle Cards, Energetic Expansion, and multiple energy healing modalities. I create a sacred space for deep transformation—where mind, body, and spirit align so that real change can happen. I’m known for my fun, no-fluff style, compassionate honesty, and unwavering belief in what’s possible for the women I work with. Whether we’re working one-on-one, in group programs, at retreats, or through corporate trainings—I’m right there beside you, helping you get out of your own way and step fully into the life you’re longing to live.

What makes you different/stand out in your industry?  What sets me apart is that I’m not just a coach—I’m a guide, a teacher, and a fellow traveler on the path. I’ve been where my clients are: stuck in overthinking, craving more, but terrified to let go of control. I know how hard it is to shift from leading with your head to trusting your heart—and I bring that lived experience into every session. I’m honest about my own struggles because I believe healing happens when we stop pretending we’ve got it all figured out. My clients know they’re not alone, because I’ve walked through the fire and come out the other side. What also makes my work unique is the way I blend intuitive coaching with powerful energy healing modalities like EFT, Conscious Codes, and Oracle guidance. I don’t just focus on mindset—I help women get to the energetic and emotional root of what’s keeping them stuck, so they can finally create the life and business they’ve been longing for. It’s not just about strategy—it’s about soul.

What do your clients love about you?  My clients love that I’m real. I don’t sugarcoat things, but I also lead with a compassionate heart. They know they can show up exactly as they are—messy, stuck, overwhelmed—and I’ll meet them there without judgment. They love that I’ve been through it, too, and that I’m honest about my own journey. They also appreciate how I bring both structure and soul into our work. I blend intuitive coaching with powerful healing tools that go beyond surface-level mindset work, and that help them create real, lasting change. I’m known for being fun, bold, deeply supportive, and fully committed to helping them get out of their own way and step into the life they’re meant for.

What is the best advice you can share with others? Stop waiting until you feel ready. Fear and doubt will always be there when you’re about to make a Big-A$$ Uplevel. That’s not a sign to stop—it’s a sign you’re on the edge of something powerful. Trust your inner wisdom more than your logical mind. Do the scary thing. Take the leap, even if your brain is screaming NO. (FYI – Your brain lies 100% of the time😜). The path unfolds after you say yes. You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to be willing to show up, stay curious, and surrender control. That’s where the real magic begins.
