Tell us about YOU!!  My name is Hayley –  I’m the founder of HDM,  a digital marketing agency serving mid-sized companies and brands. We act as a fully outsourced marketing department and take over everything from social to email to lead gen and even onsite marketing support. 

What makes you different/stand out in your industry? We get our clients awesome results without changing who they are as a brand or obsessing over trends and algorithms… we are experts in merging creativity with strategy AND execution. 

What do your clients love about you?  I think people can get really nervous about outsourcing their marketing – maybe they’ve been burned in the past, or feel like no one has been able to “get” their brand – our clients are able to deeply trust us with their brands and feel such relief in being able to get marketing off of their plate and have experts strategizing on their behalf. With do this through an intense onboarding process – it’s a part of our secret sauce! 

What is the best advice you can share with others?  Prioritize strategy over “supposed tos” – think back to what you are trying to do with your marketing, and don’t place too much importance on what other people are doing.

How has the Women’s Business League helped you?  I’ve never networked with so many people who knew HOW to effectively network – everyone is prepared, looking to help each other, make connections – it’s SUCH a high caliber and effective way to grow my audience.
