With an impressive educational background, Dr. LaBrecque holds a Master of Science in Psychology, a PhD in Rehabilitation with a focus on Neurodiversity (ASD), along with certifications in massage therapy and hippotherapy from Poland. Her comprehensive wellness acumen is further enriched by a Dr. Sears wellness coaching certification, covering life stages from prenatal through to senior years, coupled with her roles as a therapeutic riding instructor, riding instructor, and fencing instructor. What makes you different/stand out in your industry? I am a clinician turned coach with 20+ years of clinical/coaching/university teaching experience. I combine knowledge and skills from many fields of psychology/ kinesiology/ neuroscience and neurodiversity. I have also overcome multiple personal health and social obstacles. I walk the talk.
What do your clients love about you? Straightforwardness and effectiveness. Ability to cut through the BS with competition. Ability to ask pointed questions and provide tools when needed.
What is the best advice you can share with others? Be yourself. Build your life on your strengths and use tools for weaknesses. There is no shame in asking for help. Befriend your life!
