Tell us about YOU!! (Who are you & What do you do?) Kelly Chadwick owns Anchor Organizing LLC, which offers non-judgmental and enthusiastic home organizing services North of Boston. Kelly is passionate about helping people live a happy, well-balanced life. Grounded in creativity with a background in counseling, she is committed to a comprehensive navigation of each challenge a client presents. Kelly is excited to be using her multidisciplinary background to carve out a progressive niche in helping others enhance and simplify their lives through organizing their home. Kelly received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Psychology from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Health Services from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She lives in woodsy Boxford, Massachusetts with her husband, three children, and two dogs. When she is not helping people organize their spaces, Kelly enjoys photography and teaching dance.
What makes you different/stand out in your industry? Kelly is known for her energetic, uplifting personality. Her non-judgmental approach to each home organizing project lends a calming presence to what is often a stressful, chaotic space within a client’s home. Kelly’s flexible style and level headed disposition allows a tailored experience for each project she undertakes.
What do your clients love about you? Clients love Kelly’s honest advice, respect of their personal items, and her detailed efficiency when working within their home. Kelly’s sense of humor and realistic pragmatism is also a major part of the Anchor Organizing experience. She has a unique ability to have fun on the job, while making solid progress and implementing functional solutions into clients’ spaces.
What is the best advice you can share with others? If there is one thing Kelly would like people to know, it is this: it’s okay to ask for help. In this world where women, in particular, are expected to be a Jane-of-all trades and to maintain Pinterest- worthy lifestyles, Kelly is a realistic sounding board and a helping hand wherever is needed. She encourages women to find balance within their household, and often that means allowing themselves to outsource the parts of their lives for which they do not have the time nor the passion.
How has the Women’s Business League helped you? “I am so grateful to have found Women’s Business League. Being a solopreneur is quite isolating, and WBL has connected me to an entire community of successful, intelligent and compassionate women. Every two weeks when we meet, I am filled with inspiration and motivation. Anchor Organizing would not be what it is today without WBL!”
