What makes you different/stand out in your industry? While I can’t honestly say what makes me stand out or different (as I believe I am just as capable as the next person), if I were to guess, I would say: Instead of making potential clients mold to the products I use/favor, I master their preferred tech stack. This ensures they are using the correct technology for them and their skill set versus what is favored by the masses. I also believe in the concept of being a blessing and not a burden, and in providing full transparency within my company—especially via the concept “Underpromise, Overdeliver.” When potential clients come to me, there isn’t any “selling,” just confirmation and reassurance. They come in knowing what to expect and recommend me to others for that exact reason (no games, no stress, no upselling or hidden intentions, just WYSIWYG).

What do your clients love about you?  I cannot speak on behalf of my clients, so while I am not 100% positive why many of them have worked with me for years, my assumption would be my integrity, dependability, and the fact that I genuinely care about them and their business. I approach a business as if it is someone’s child. They have grown it, nurtured it, and watched it develop. They shouldn’t let just anyone get “their hands on it.” I am the person who understands the connection and the honor of being allowed the opportunity to join the process.

What is the best advice you can share with others? Failure and mistakes will happen because we are human. We are entrepreneurs, we are not infallible. We fall to the mercy of the digital marketing programs we use to run our businesses and the businesses of our clients. We can do everything to perfection and something may still go wrong. Accept the failure/mistake, learn from it, and keep moving forward.

How has the Women’s Business League helped you?  While fairly new to the Women’s Business League, I have enjoyed the opportunity to learn from like-minded individuals, the empowering stories shared, and the general camaraderie offered by this fabulous group of women. I can’t wait to see what else I can gain from being a part of one of the fastest-growing networking groups in Massachusetts!
