Tell us about YOU!!  I am a Massachusetts-licensed Certified Public Accountant and the CEO and Founder of my national accounting and tax firm, Pamela L. Hilton, CPA Inc. I graduated from Bentley University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and started my career with smaller public accounting firms, where I gained hands-on experience in tax and audit with a personal approach. Over my 30-year career, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across a wide range of industries nationwide. As a third-generation business owner, I recently took my practice to social media, where you can find me on Instagram and Facebook (@pamelahiltoncpa) offering complimentary business, accounting, and tax advice. In addition to my work with clients, I am a best-selling contributing author, public speaker, and Co-leader of the Merrimack Valley Women’s Business League. I also co-host the HC Media program series “Money Matters” and am honored to serve as a trusted business advisor.

What makes you different/stand out in your industry?  What sets me apart in my profession is my commitment to empowering and educating my clients. I believe that knowledge is a powerful tool, and I make it my mission to ensure my clients truly understand their financial landscape. I don’t just deliver numbers—I guide my clients through the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind their financials, helping them make informed decisions and gain greater control over their business’s success. By educating my clients, I provide clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to their financial goals.

What do your clients love about you?  My clients often tell me they appreciate my approachable, down-to-earth style and the way I make complex financial concepts easy to understand. They value that I’m not just focused on numbers—I’m genuinely invested in their success and long-term growth. They also love that I’m proactive, always looking out for strategies to help them save, scale, and make decisions with confidence. Whether it’s through personalized advice, hands-on support, or clear communication, my clients know that I’m here as a partner, fully dedicated to helping them reach their goals.

What is the best advice you can share with others?  Don’t do it alone. For the longest time I ran my business without help. And I am not talking about employees. It is so important to find other like minded people to share your business journey with. Find your Tribe!

How has the Women’s Business League helped you?  I have met so many amazing women. And while being a part of the WBL has gained me more leads and customers, I have made so many new friends and appreciate that so much.
