I’m the founder of Rhaina, a relational intelligence network for women entrepreneurs. I believe relationships are the real infrastructure behind successful businesses, and I create tools that make those connections more intentional, aligned, and impactful.

I see relationships as economic infrastructure, not a byproduct of marketing. Most tools are built around attention and volume, but I’m building around alignment, trust, and relational compatibility. That shift changes everything about how women grow their businesses.

If something in your business feels forced, it probably is. Pay attention to that. Growth gets a lot easier when you build in a way that honors who you authentically are prioritizes relationships that feel natural, not transactional.

Well, I’m pretty new, so I haven’t had a whole bunch of interactions yet but I really liked Melissa when we connected last year and I think if she’s leading the charge there are probably a lot of other amazing women, so I’ll predict that the relationships to come will be a highlight!
