Tell us about YOU!!
I’m a passionate executive/leadership coach and trusted advisor who helps high-achieving women own their brilliance, trust their voice, and lead with grounded presence, confidence and unshakable inner power. In short, I help people get the results they say want but struggle to achieve on their own. Clients make better decisions, communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships and teams, trust themselves more deeply and create results they couldn’t access on their own because they were too close to the problem, stuck in old patterns or operating from pressure instead of power. They don’t just perform better, they feel lighter, unapologetic and happier.
What makes you different/stand out in your industry?
Every coach brings their life experience, knowledge and wisdom to their practice. I’m like a locksmith, finding the right keys to help a client unlock her strengths, unleash her brilliance and move through the world unapologetically. Other coaches snorkel, I scuba dive to get results meaning we go deep, uncover patterns, beliefs and behaviors that clients operate from, pull them from the roots and help re-program/upgrade their operating system and identity to step into the results and way of being they want.
What do your clients love about you?
I’m honest, wise and fun. I believe in them, hold a mirror with kindness and love and help them see what they can’t always see themselves. I blend deep coaching with practical pragmatic tools, I challenge their thinking and help them see things from a different perspective. They also love the results they FEEL from the work we do- how they show up and move through the world.
What is the best advice you can share with others?
You have everything you need inside of you to create the life you want, sometimes we need a little help accessing it.
How has the Women's Business League helped you?
I’m relatively new to WBL, but I’m connecting with many smart, savvy business women trying to find mutual ways we can help each other.
