Tell us about YOU!! (Who are you & what do you do?)
To follow my recent graduation from the University of New Hampshire, I have been furthering my education through Hubspot certificate courses and freelance marketing work. These activities keep my mind sharp and show potential employers how passionate I am about connecting with consumers through meaningful marketing campaigns and the work that goes in to organizing them.
What makes you different/stand out in your industry?
While my education was focused on how to be a strategic marketer, I have done detailed work with sports analytics. I have worked with software platforms such as Wyscout and STATSports to gather field data and then spent time building a report based on the results. I did similar work with SQLite in my Marketing Research course at UNH.
What do your clients love about you?
I really have only had one “client,” but I have received positive feedback on my efficiency and organizational skills. I respond quickly to emails during the week and produce final drafts within a timely manner.
What is the best advice you can share with others?
I have learned over the last year that no connection is unworthy of your time. Some networking opportunities have gotten me interviews, while others have provided me with a meaningful conversation. The advice I have been given from industry professionals who I aspire to be at some point in my career have been invaluable.
How has the Women's Business League helped you?
WBL Young Professionals has provided me with the opportunity to meet others in a similar position as myself in their career journey. While these conversations are always meaningful, I also appreciate the opportunity to meet with industry professionals who can provide me with guidance. The educational opportunities have taught me unique aspects to networking that I otherwise wouldn’t have ever known.
