Tell us about YOU!!

I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and building strong relationships. I thrive on connecting people with the right solutions, resources, and opportunities. I believe networking is all about trust and consistency, and I bring that mindset into everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy staying connected to my community and continually learning from those around me. I am currently the Lead Concierge for All American Assisted Living. But I am looking for a full time HR position because HR is what I really want to do.

What makes you different/stand out in your industry?

What sets me apart is my focus on building genuine relationships, not just transactions. I take the time to truly understand what people need and follow through with reliable, personalized support. I’m consistent, responsive, and committed to making things easier for the people I work with. I also take pride in leaving every workplace better than I found it—bringing organization, structure, and a sense of clarity that helps everything run more smoothly.

What do your clients love about you?

My coworkers love that I’m dependable, responsive, and truly invested in helping them. They know I listen, follow through, and make things easier and more organized. I bring a calm, solutions-focused approach and take pride in creating a smooth, positive experience every time.

What is the best advice you can share with others?

Stay consistent, stay organized, and don’t underestimate the power of follow-through. Small, reliable actions over time build strong relationships and a solid reputation.

How has the Women's Business League helped you?

The Women’s Business League has given me both a strong business and personal network. After moving here from Ohio for college, I had little to no local connections, and this group truly helped me build a sense of community. It’s been an incredible support system, both professionally and personally, and has opened the door to meaningful relationships I wouldn’t have had otherwise.
