Dr. Karolina LaBrecque is an author, professional keynote speaker, distinguished somatic high-performance coach, holistic behavioral consultant, and dedicated life coach. She has transformed lives from the brink of burnout to a state of harmonious balance, without sacrificing productivity. With an impressive educational background, Dr. LaBrecque holds a Master of Science in Psychology, a PhD in Rehabilitation with a focus on Neurodiveristy (ASD), along with certifications in massage therapy and hippotherapy from Poland. Her comprehensive wellness acumen is further enriched by a Dr. Sears wellness coaching certification, covering life stages from prenatal through to senior years, coupled with her roles as a therapeutic riding instructor, riding instructor, and fencing instructor. For more than two decades, Dr. LaBrecque has pioneered a 360 approach to life coaching, leveraging her extensive knowledge in behavioral health to guide individuals—ranging from teenagers to seniors—towards achieving their fullest potential. Her unique methodology is rooted in a holistic perspective, ensuring that each aspect of her clients' lives is nurtured towards total wellbeing. Dr. LaBrecque's philosophy extends beyond traditional coaching techniques, embodying a profound understanding of the somatic dimensions of stress and performance. Abbie D'Amico

Abbie grew up on the South Shore to Massachusetts & attended Bentley University. It was there she quickly learned she wanted to make a difference through educating & helping people with their finances, a daunting task in many people’s lives. Serving clients across the country, Abbie creates a game plan for her clients through financial planning & asset management. As a CFP professional, Abbie acts as a fiduciary for clients, always putting their needs on the forefront. Abbie’s husband, Reid, is an active duty Army Officer. A recent job change offered them an opportunity to move back to New England. They jumped at the opportunity & now live in Scarborough with their French Bulldog. She loves trying local restaurants & getting outside. They are here to stay as her husband will soon be on the Portland Fire Department. Abbie looks forward to building her network & growing roots here.

Nishat Rahman

Nishat Rahman, born and raised in Manhattan, New York City, is an entrepreneur with a BS in Biochemistry from Ithaca College. After completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Maine to further her education. Nishat founded Ocean & Co. in 2023, an environmentally conscious athleisure brand. Under her leadership, Ocean & Co. leads in eco-friendly innovation, design refinement, and minimizing environmental impact, all while fostering a culture of health and sustainability. Throughout her career, Nishat has held many women’s leadership positions, continuously using her multiple platforms to advocate for women’s empowerment and inclusion. Through networking, Nishat hopes to build meaningful connections with like-minded individuals who share her passion for health, fitness, and creativity. She aims to learn from others, exchange ideas, and stay inspired by new trends. Networking also helps her open doors for potential collaborations in modeling, fitness, and creative projects. Ultimately, she hopes to expand her opportunities, gain professional growth, and contribute to a supportive community.
