Stacey Welch-Andrade

Georgetown Chapter leader

Stacey knew at an early age that she wanted to be a chef while “playing” with her Easy-Bake oven when she was seven years old. When she was eleven, Stacey wrote to Bobby Flay telling him how she twisted around one of his recipes. Three months later, she received a call from his producer asking her to come to New York City to see a taping of his show and to go to his restaurants. Stacey wanted to go but couldn’t as her family moved from Michigan to Florida where her dad became a minister of a small church. When Stacey was 14, she got her first job at Tropical Smoothie Café where she dressed as a banana and stood on the side of US 1 to bring customers inside. On her first day, she was trained on smoothies, wraps, and running the cash register. During her sophomore year of high school, Stacey got into the culinary program at her school where she competed in culinary competitions and got a job as an apprentice in a local country club. Stacey would later come back to this country club as their Executive Sous Chef. Stacey attended Johnson & Wales University in North Miami and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and completed two internships in Germany. She made the most of her time at Johnson & Wales, volunteering, working for the University, and helping the chef instructors on catered parties. Her last internship in Germany is where she met her husband, Victor. He was her supervisor and they worked great together. After Stacey completed her education, she moved over to Germany for one year. During this time, she worked in Pastry, loving every minute of it, and learning so many things every day. In 2009, Stacey came back to Florida and worked in a resort in Palm Beach. Victor and Stacey were married in 2010 and in 2012 they welcomed their first daughter, Isabelle. Here is where Stacey’s life was forever changed! No degree or education ever prepared her for motherhood. She knew she wanted to be a stay-at-home mom as chef life and family life don’t mix. In 2013, Stacey went back to her old high school and taught culinary arts part-time. In 2015, Stacey and her family relocated from Stuart, Florida to Haverhill, Massachusetts for her husband’s job. After they moved to Massachusetts, Stacey joined a MOPS group (Mothers of Preschoolers), and it was exactly what her girls and she needed; they had found community. She started homeschooling her girls, so they would be on her husband’s work schedule. Stacey began food-blogging as way to keep up her skills and have a tie with the industry that she loves so much. Stacey learned about food photography, SEO, and creating her website. In March 2020, her MOPS group had a local cookie artist, Cara from Cut & Iced, and fellow MOPS mom come and teach her group how to cookie decorate and Stacey was hooked! During quarantine, Stacey took class after class loving it even more! On May 16, 2020, Stacey became a licensed residential kitchen and has loved every minute of it. Stacey is so happy that she can continue to be a part of the industry that she loves in a new way. She is looking forward to an amazing year, where she would like to hold more cookie decorating workshops and cooking classes.

My passion and knowledge evolved through purchasing several homes and investment properties along with my husband. Being a contractor, he focuses on the renovations while I analyze the financials to determine our return on investment. Each purchase has exposed us to many challenges and roller-coaster of emotions that often arise for many throughout the process. However, there is no greater sense of accomplishment than giving the keys to your new home or passing your keys to a new owner! At Ebb & Flow, it is not just about transactions but more about the relationships we develop with our clients that last long after the closing. Our utmost priority is to understand your unique needs, serve as your dedicated advisor and advocate, and find creative, strategic solutions that exceed your expectations. Know that we will always celebrate your future milestones and appreciate any business that is referred. When our clients succeed, we succeed as well. As small business owners, we know the importance of supporting other local businesses and non-profits. Lynne’s passion for helping people—coupled with a meticulous work ethic—has translated into a track record of achieving incredible sales from the city of Boston to the suburbs of the South Shore. Exceeding expectations is her top priority, proven through her enthusiasm for easing her clients’ anxieties in every step of the home buying and selling process. Prior to her career in real estate sales, Lynne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Saint Anselm College, followed by career in finance. Soon after, Lynne forged her identity as a premier real estate marketing professional, harnessing her expertise in advertising, digital marketing, and design to help agents set themselves apart from the rest. She served as a Director of Marketing for nearly fifteen years, and her creative, out-of-the-box thinking and finance and business acumen continue to prove invaluable for her clients. Lynne’s family’s longtime connection to the Sotheby’s brand fueled her desire to immerse herself in the real estate market—she has had the privilege of watching her husband lead his own Sotheby’s International Realty offices for nearly eight years. Today, Lynne cherishes the brand’s dedication to her success, and her deep roots in the South Shore and Boston real estate markets have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of what each neighborhood has to offer. With her husband Don, Lynne is happily raising four children and a three-legged yellow lab in their beloved Colonial home in Braintree, Massachusetts. There, Lynne deeply appreciates how on the South Shore, you are never far from vast sandy shores, quaint town streets, and busy city life. She is an active volunteer at the schools of her children, member of South Shore REALTORS®, and avid supporter of The Breasties, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young women affected by breast and reproductive cancers. Beyond serving her clients, Lynne enjoys yoga and barre, spending time outdoors, and cleaning and organizing her home so it is a calm environment for her family and the perfect setting for entertaining company.

Monica Danaher

Worcester Chapter Leader

I’d like to give you some information about me as I believe my unique background helps shape me into a better agent. I grew up nearby in Natick, Massachusetts. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing. In addition, I hold a Massachusetts Cosmetology License as well as a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License. After I graduated from college, I wasn’t immediately sure what avenue to pursue. Soon after, my passion for cosmetology led me to my first career as a hair stylist and makeup artist. Unfortunately, while I loved working side by side with my clients, I never really felt at home in the salon industry and ultimately decided to pursue other avenues that interested me. After working in the beauty industry, I sought to find a career that was more geared towards my business management and marketing training, and in my search, was lucky enough to find a position managing a childcare center. My role as assistant director allowed me to leverage my business skills, and my people skills, and gave me the flexibility to be with my own children every day. However, despite how much I enjoyed that job, I knew deep down that something was still missing, and I knew that the perfect career for me was still out there waiting. Fast-forward ten years, two kids, and one 95-pound American bulldog later, I decided we needed more space. I explored the option of selling our first home and buying something bigger but knew that I wanted to stay in our little Massachusetts town that I had grown to love so much. During this process, I sadly realized that if I was to sell, we wouldn’t be able to stay in our town, so I began exploring the options of a basement renovation to add more space to our current home. The idea of the project was so exciting to me, not just because I knew how much our family would benefit, but because of the process of designing my basement layout with the contractors lit a spark in me, and I could not wait to do the interior decorating aspect once the construction was done. This is when I had my “aha!” moment and realized that real estate was the perfect culmination of all my skills and interests that I had honed over the years, over the different career paths I explored. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason. Finally, after a journey that at times felt endless, I found my home in real estate. Since signing with RE/MAX Executive Realty in September 2020, I have learned so much about the real estate industry and I have found a wonderful support system within our franchise. RE/MAX offers so many amazing programs as a realtor, that I can utilize to ensure my clients have a successful sale and purchase of their home. In addition to helping you find and/or create your dream home; I have the resources to help you decorate, and add the perfect finishing touches, to truly make your home the most relaxing place there is. I look forward to sharing my passion with you!
