Meet Sheila Lambert!

Sheila is President and founder of The Executive Collaborative and Lambert Leadership Coaching, LLC. She brings over 30 years of experience in Executive and Leadership Coaching, empowering thousands of leaders through self-discovery so they can rise in their business and thrive in their organizations. Leaders who advanced in their careers and are at the forefront of their company. They are sitting at the C-suite table leading thriving organizations, creating a positive and engaging culture and elevating others.

Sheila works creatively and collaboratively with organizations to help elevate and advance their leaders. Sheila has over 450 hours of academic training, and over 1,700 hours in ongoing continuing education training. She has a MS in Organizational Leadership and an MS in Counseling. She is a Speaker, a co-author, a Leaders advocate, and she supports and donates percentages of proceeds from her business to many nonprofit organizations, especially Dana Farber Cancer Institute as she has had many people in her life succumb to cancer.
