Pavlina Atanasova | Founder of Master the Time

Tell us about YOU!! I started Master The Time in 2013 with the desire to help people manage their stressful lives. Over the years the business has evolved and now shifted towards what I love doing most – connecting with people, teaching them skills, cheering them on take their next great step! My love for time management and productivity came out of a necessity from my clients and a curiosity to do things better. All of my clients kept complaining about not having enough time in their schedules, resulting in being late to meetings (including the ones with me), experiencing stress and fear about their week with how and when to execute tasks in general. I started playing around with different methods, implementing different techniques and melding the holistic and practical worlds into one productivity practice. Before I knew it I was coaching my clients through their struggles of how to conquer their agendas by making sure they had the time they needed.

What makes you different/stand out in your industry?  No one is the same therefore no practice is the same. I meet clients where they are and we work on building strong foundations. We explore their strengths and weaknesses so we can come up with the best solutions for them. The combination of practical steps with some woo woo is what helps achieve their goals and be productive.

What do your clients love about you? I hope everyone experiences the client love that I receive. Sometimes I feel like a little kid and their parents “bragging” about them. I get most compliments about my positive energy, efficiency and open-mindedness. My ability to understand where they are struggling and guide them to the solution is possibly my strongest quality.

What is the best advice you can share with others?  Just be honest with yourself. It’s one of the hardest things to do but it will help you reach the goals you’ve set for yourself.

How has the Women’s Business League helped you?  I have met and connected with so many wonderful women. I feel recharged and excited about my business. Every meeting is like a think tank, I leave with so many ideas.
