Steamline your ops in 4 weeks! A 4-week hands-on accelerator to help female founders stop spinning their wheels, clean up their operations, and build time-saving systems that support growth. Each week will walk them through a key part of my operations audit and strategy process, ending with an action plan they can implement right away. Program Breakdown Week 1: Where’s Your Time Really Going? (Operations Self-Audit) Goal: Identify the biggest time-wasters and inefficiencies in their business. Walk through a simplified version of my operational audit intake form. Help participants spot low-hanging fruit (manual processes, repeated tasks, etc.) Deliverable: A simple time tracking or workflow mapping assignment Week 2: Map It Out (Workflow & Task Clarity) Goal: Get clear on what they do, what can be systemized, and what should be delegated. Guide participants in outlining a current workflow (like onboarding or daily ops) Identify tasks they hate, tasks that eat time, and tasks they simply shouldn’t have to be doing manually Deliverable: A basic task audit & priority matrix (what to keep, automate, outsource) Week 3: Systems That Save Time (Tools + SOPs) Goal: Introduce core systems and SOP basics to simplify their business. Overview of simple systems (CRM, project/task management, automation tools) Brief overview of one or two tools live (ex: Hubspot, Notion, Dubsado, Monday.com, GHL, etc.) Teach the basics of documenting a repeatable process (with a fill-in template) Deliverable: Start documenting one repeatable task or process Week 4: Build Your Operational Blueprint Goal: Tie it all together with a simple operations strategy.
